Kristen Stewart is currently filming a small role in Tim Blake Nelson’s ensemble piece “Anesthesia,” according to Deadline. Little else is known about the project, though it revolves around “a group of New Yorkers whose lives are touched by the same philosophy professor,” and it’s currently filming in New York.
Stewart, forever associated with the “Twilight” saga, gave big budget blockbusters a shot with “Snow White and the Huntsman” but is returning to indies after her career-defining run with the YA vampire franchise wrapped, recently wrapping Guantanamo Bay drama “Camp X-Ray” and Olivier Assayas’“Sils Maria” opposite Chloe Moretz. She’s recently been linked to Drake Doremus’ next feature, a sci-fi love story called “Equals” along with Nicholas Hoult.
